About this survey

Welcome to the LEaD communication channel survey!

Thank you for coming to share your thoughts and experience of LEaD’s communication channels, e.g. LEaD’s Staff hub pages, Learning and Teaching Hub and Learning at City blog. This survey looks at your experiences or initial impressions of using LEaD’s pages.

This survey is open to all staff members at City. We would especially appreciate it if staff who have encountered LEaD services, either once, or often, take this survey, to understand how we can better communicate with you. If you have never engaged with any of LEaD’s resources, you are still very welcome to participate.

This survey is anonymous, and your data will remain confidential. Your feedback will be used to improve the way that we communicate with staff.

This survey should only take 10 minutes to complete. When answering the questions, please include as many details as you can.

The survey closes on 16th February 2024.
